Q: Can you print my word document from a memory stick?

A: We certainly can AND we do not charge a download fee!! A word of caution (no pun intended) we recommend you save your document to a PDF as often our Microsoft Word parameters may change your page, margin settings.

Q: Can you print direct to colour such as a digital photograph?

A: Yes we can as all our printers are networked.  You can email your photo to reception@nelsonboxoffice.ca (beware too larger files won't be allowed via the internet) or bring it in on a memory stick.

Q: Why do colour prints look different than when you look at it on a monitor?

A: There are a few things to consider here;  A monitor shows transmitted light in three colours, RGB (Red, Blue & Green) however when you look at a print it is reflected light.  In addition, our colour printer prints in four colours known as CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow & Black) thus producing a far superior image.  Remember that viewed images on a monitor may appear brighter than when it is printed.
